Offload is built to need as little about you as possible. There's no account, no email, no real name anywhere in the system. This page explains exactly what does exist.

What we collect

• Country and region — derived automatically from Cloudflare's edge network when you load the page, not from GPS or a permission prompt. Used to show "Nearby" posts and to tag what you submit.
• What you post or comment — the text itself, plus the category you chose and the nickname you were posting under at the time.
• An anonymous identity signal — a random token in a cookie, transformed with one-way hashing (HMAC) before it's ever written to our database. This lets us tell "the same visitor" apart from someone else — enforcing the daily posting limit, detecting abuse, applying bans — without our database ever holding anything that maps back to your real IP address or identity. What we don't collect

No name, no email, no phone number, no payment information, no precise location, no account of any kind. We do not permanently store your raw IP address anywhere in our own database.

How long we keep it

Posts and comments are permanently deleted 365 days after they're created — automatically, with no way to opt out or extend it (see About). The identity cookie lasts one year. Anything stored only in your browser (nickname, your own post list, which posts you've related to) stays until you clear your browser's site data — we never see it.

Content moderation

Everything you post is automatically screened by an AI safety classifier (Cloudflare Workers AI) immediately after it's published, to catch content that violates our Terms of Service. That screening happens on Cloudflare's infrastructure and the post text is not retained by the model beyond that one check.

Your rights / requesting deletion

Because there's no account and no way for us to look up "everything associated with you," the most effective way to exercise a deletion request is to tell us which specific post or comment you want removed — via Contact Us, with the category and roughly when it was posted so we can find it. If you're in a jurisdiction that grants you a formal right to access, correct, or delete personal data (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), reach out the same way and we'll do our best given the limits of what we actually retain.

Legal requests

We may retain a short window of connection-level data separately from the data described above, solely to be able to respond to valid legal process (such as a court order) about a specific post — for example, a credible threat of violence. That data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted on a short rolling basis.

Third parties

This site runs entirely on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which processes requests to operate and secure the site. We don't sell data, and there is currently no advertising or analytics on this site — if that changes, this page and the Cookie Policy will be updated first to name exactly what's added.

Children

Offload is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
